live journal weekly update. i was about 20 min late for work today. my alarm is my phone, and after a half hour of snoozing my only option is to shut it off, or wake up. generally i wake up, but today i really didnt want to. so i shut off the alarm with intention to get up, and didn't wake up till 10 min before i needed to be at work. and i still had to shower and go get coffee. oh well- shit happens.
yesterday was pretty wild. jen, erin, and i went to eddie garneau's new house and hung out. i hadnt talked to him in like 2.5 years until last week. i ended up seeing him at tara's house weeks ago and it was so awkward. so i took it upon myself to message him when he was online and ask why that was so weird. we talked a little. made peace. all was well. then we talked more yesterday and he invited me over for some beers. it was a good time. we taught him to play nine busta rhyme, and he made us hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill. robbie and liz came over too, they were surprisingly good company as well. erin got pretty drunk from what i could tell. jen started catching a good buzz too. i wasnt completely comfortable enough to be able to get drunk, but i definetely had fun. it was good seeing him, its nice to be friends again now that we are so much older and more mature. i asked keegan if it bothered him, and he seemed to be bothered a bit prior to us going over there. but when i got home he seemed fine with it- he said, "well i gutta be jealous about something"... what a dork lol. im hanging out with briana tonight. awesome. sarah garneau might call me too cuz we just missed her last night, she came to eddies right when we left. eddie is having a thirsty thursday at his house, so if i dont see sarah tonight, then i will catch her then. cool.
keegan got his car back on the road. so as soon as i ask nan for money *gulp* mine will go into the shop and i will be rocking the impala for 2 weeks or so. im nervous yet excited about that. he even put me on his insurance so its all legal. ; ) we like legal things.
im wicked broke so if anyone wants to get real serious about early morning yard sales i say we do it. and im talking like 8am early. on the weekends. yikes, i know. some people should gimme some stuff to sell on ebay, that would be fabulous. hehe.
warped tour is coming up and im almost too broke to go. but i must press on. i absolutely must. but i dont know about these hotel rooms. gutta get it together now dont i? yup, sure do.
well i gutta go. ebay stuff to pack, websites to develop. i think i get to do a mid-century modern one today. neat.
